3.15 Release Updates

This guide gives an overview of the changes made in the 3.15 Release. 

The following updates were made in the 3.15 Release to enhance the user experience:

1. Offer Comparison Feature

Now, as a listing agent, you can easily compare offers and present offers to your seller(s) in a clean and professional way with our new offer comparison grid.

2. Dashboard Changes

You'll notice we've updated the Dashboard, so it's easier to navigate and find properties. Now, when you log in, you'll land on All My Negotiations under the My Properties tab.

3. New Property Card Design

• The new property card design displays the Offer Status (Active, Offer Review, Under Contract, or Sold) at the bottom of the card. The banner that indicates your role in the negotiation has shifted to the top right corner, and the property features are no longer displayed on the card. 

• You may launch any "Unlaunched" properties or "coming soon" listings right from the property card. Simply select Launch Property at the bottom of the property card. 

4. Property Preview when Uploading an Offer

Now, when you submit an offer, you'll notice a preview of the property on the right-hand side of the screen. This way you know exactly which property you're submitting an offer on and there's no second guessing.

5. Offer Rank Tab

Buyer agents and buyers can see where their offer ranks amongst the other offers under the Offer Rank tab on the Property Details page.
