Co-Credit Listing

This page defines the term, Co-Credit Listing, as seen on the Team tab when adding a listing or editing a property. 

As a listing agent, you'll have the opportunity to add a co-listing agent to your team under the Team tab when you add a listing in Openn. When you add a co-listing agent, the agent automatically receives listing agent permissions on the negotiation.

Selecting Co-Credit Listing ensures that the co-listing agent's name and contact information appear beneath the listing agent's information on the Property Details page. Co-Credit does NOT impact the agent permissions for the negotiation.
