How do I see the terms and conditions of an offer on one of my listings?

Question:

How do I see the terms and conditions of an offer on one of my listings? 

Answer: 

1. On the Property Details page, click on the Offers tab and select the eye icon to the right of the offer. This will open up the Offer Details page, which will show you the basic offer details and the buyer agent's information. 

2. If you would like to see more offer details, including the closing company information or deposit details, click on the eye icon to the right of where it says "Terms & Conditions". This will allow you to view the full Terms & Conditions including details about the Offer, Buyers, Financing, Deposit, Agent Information, and more.
