How do I 'observe' a property?

Answer:

Important: In order to 'observe' a property, the listing agent of that property must allow observers on the listing when determining the transparency settings. You'll know if the listing agent is allowing observers on their listing if the Observe button is displayed on the Property Details page, as illustrated below in step 1.

1. Select Observe to begin monitoring any activity on the property.
