How do I submit an offer as a guest if I do not have an Openn account?
Answer:
The listing agent will share a link with you to submit an offer as a guest. Be sure to check your inbox for the link.
To submit an offer as a guest, follow the steps outlined HERE.
To submit an offer by logging in through your association or board, follow the steps outlined HERE.
Submit your Offer as a Guest
1. Select Upload Signed Offer on the property page.
2. Select Continue as Guest on the following page.
Note: When you submit an offer as a guest, your offer will be sent directly to the listing agent and you cannot make any changes to your offer once submitted.
3. Upload your offer on the Upload External Offer Documents screen, and select Next.
4. Fill in the fields on the Guest Offer Details screen, and click Next.
5. Select Submit Offer on the Confirm Offer Submission screen.
6. The following page will confirm that your offer has been successfully submitted. If you select Close, you will be directed back to the Property Details page. Tip: Select Create An Account to negotiate right on Openn and get updates in real time.
